Gazebo Use & Guidelines
General Use
The CLACC gazebo was constructed in 1993 through member volunteer labor and member donations. It is available year-round for use by members and their guests for:
Official Club or HOA meetings
Family gatherings
Community activities
Other appropriate uses approved by the Club
The gazebo is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Shared Use
Unless the gazebo has been reserved for exclusive use, multiple resident families and their guests may use the gazebo at the same time.
Exclusive Reservations
Members may reserve the gazebo for exclusive use on most days of the year. The gazebo is unavailable for private reservation on the Saturday of the Annual Meeting in June.

Pool Capacity
For safety reasons, pool use is limited to a maximum of 50 people at one time.
Cooking & Food Preparation
Cooking is not permitted inside the gazebo. A nearby barbecue pit is available for grilling and outdoor cooking.
Clean-Up Responsibilities
Members using the gazebo are responsible for ensuring the area is left clean, orderly, and free of trash after use.

Reservation Fees
Gazebo reservation fee: $25 per event
Pool guest fee: $1.00 per guest
Payments may be made on the day of the event:
Gazebo reservation payments should be placed in the payment box located by the sidewalk near the pool.
Pool guest fees should be placed in the payment box located inside the pool area.
