​What are the annual HOA dues?
Each property owner is assessed a mandatory annual fee of $30.00. The fee remains the same regardless of how many lots are owned.

Who can use the lower park?
All property owners who are current on their annual assessment fees may use the lower park.

Is there a fee to use the pool?
Yes. Pool access is optional and available for $75.00 per household annually.

How do I get the gate or pool codes?

Can the gazebo be reserved?
Yes. The gazebo may be reserved for exclusive use on any day of the year except the day of the Civic Club’s Annual Meeting.
A $25.00 donation is requested for each reservation.

Is there a property transfer fee?
Yes. The association charges a $150.00 property transfer fee when ownership of a property changes.
Are memberships available for non-residents?
Yes. Associate Memberships are available for households that do not live in Canyon Lake Acres I & II.
Annual cost: $150.00 per household
Includes access to the lower park and swimming pool
Do I need approval before building on my property?
Yes. All building plans must be submitted to the Board and approved before construction begins.
Required submissions include:
Plot plan showing setbacks, house placement, and septic location
House plans showing floor plans and all elevations
